Denis and Joy Coulter formed Precision Reloading Services in 1991. Our aim is to produce high quality ammunition to exacting standards for the best performance. P.R.S. use only the best quality components available, from the top manufacturers around the world.

P.R.S. is situated, near the Christchurch International Airport, in New Zealand. Overseas visitors can pre-order their ammunition, and P.R.S. will manufacture as requested, and have their order ready on arrival in Christchurch. This service avoids air travel complications.

Denis Coulter has been an active shooter and ammunition reloader for over 35 years. He has competed successfully in both rifle and shotgun target shooting and also shot pistol disciplines for several years.

Being situated in New Zealand, Denis has been able to hunt a vast range of animals. The varieties of animals hunted include rabbits, hares, wallabies, ducks, Canada geese, deer, wapiti, tahr, chamois, goats etc.
This vast and wide experience has given Denis invaluable and practical knowledge to design ammunition to perform exactly to the client’s needs.

P.R.S. has also produced ammunition for clients going on safari in Africa, to shoot larger game such as water buck, zebra, gazelle, wart hog, etc. All clients have had successful hunts, and have given much praise on ammunition performance.

Denis himself produces all the ammunition. Automatic machinery is not used to ensure close tolerances and exacting specifications are met for consistent performance.
